Alderley Edge Squash Section

The squash section at Alderley Edge Cricket Club has over 250 members. There are 4 beautifully presented courts, 3 of which have state of the art front walls, 1 of which has a glass-back, perfect for exhibition matches. We are proud to run 2 Ladies teams and 5 Men’s teams in the North West Counties Squash Leagues.

We have a thriving Junior Section and organised coaching takes place on Friday evenings for juniors in group sessions between the months of September and April. The popularity of these sessions continues to grow since they are well-organised and highly enjoyable. The children must all wear safety goggles to play, as well as non-marking squash shoes/trainers.

The section also runs a number of tournaments throughout the season that include The Club Championships, Veterans and Handicap events.

There is an active sports and social scene at the club with regular events being organised throughout the year.
