Important Arrangements
Competition
4 Ball better ball : Stableford
Full Handicap allowance
Maximum handicaps : Men 24 ( 24 strokes, Ladies 30 ( 30 strokes )
Men’s & Ladies Stroke indices to be used
Gentlemen play from Yellow tees : Ladies Red
Nearest pin competition at 9th
Longest drive ( on fairway) competition at 12th
At each hole please enter both partners’ gross scores in appropriate columns and the better ball stableford score of the pair
On completion of the round please hand signed card to Bryan Kerr
Play
PLEASE try to avoid slow play – if you can’t score any points on a hole please PICK UP your ball.
Catering
Snack menu available in mixed lounge from 12pm – pay as you go.
Evening meal at 7pm sharp in the dining room – presentation of trophy/prizes at meal
Dress Rules
In the club house : smart casual wear at lunch.
After 4pm jacket/ tie in mixed lounge/dining room.
On the course – no denims or trainers and only shirts with collars permitted.
Long socks required with tailored shorts if worn.
NO mobiles.
Payments
Please pay Martin Scott balance of entry fee/dinner cost BEFORE teeing off - £25 due from non - members/ £15 from members.
