I’ve been\u003cbr\u003ecoaching cricket for full-time for about five years. Before that, I coached part-time alongside\u003cbr\u003emy role as a Sports Coach and Coach Developer in primary schools across Manchester.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eI’ve been a cricket coach since 2012, a journey that began when I travelled to Australia\u003cbr\u003e(Tasmania) to play for Lindisfarne CC. During that time, I was fortunate enough to play\u003cbr\u003eagainst several international cricketers and break the Tasmanian Premier League record for\u003cbr\u003ethe most dismissals in a season. While in Tasmania I completed my first coaching\u003cbr\u003equalification, Cricket Australia Level 1 and gained valuable experience coaching in the U13\u003cbr\u003e‘Emerging Tigers’ pathway.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eSince returning to the UK in 2013, I’ve been coaching part-time, transitioning to full time in\u003cbr\u003e2020. Over the years, I’ve accumulated more than 10,000 hours of one-on-one and team\u003cbr\u003ecoaching, working with players ranging in age from five to 65!\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMy coaching ethos focuses on learning, enjoyment and empathy.\u0026nbsp;I\u0027ve developed relatively late in my cricketing journey so I understand how challenging the process can be. In 2019, I completed my ECB Level 3 qualification, alongside 2005 Ashes hero, Simon Jones. From 2020 to 2022 I contributed to the development of the cricket coaching app Cricket Allrounder, endorsed by ambassadors like Jimmy Anderson \u0026 Chris Gayle.
