More fitness classes at the club!

Dear Members,

We are delighted to inform you that further to the success of the Yoga classes we are increasing the fitness class offering at the club. Please see the attached poster for details of classes starting Tuesday 12th March which will be taught by the lovely Charlie. We hope that you will come along and give them a try! The classes will be suitable for men and women, all fitness levels and ages as exercises can be modified accordingly. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to email charlie@mumfit.net
